Some thoughts about being a Rabbi…

It’s very rewarding to walk with people through the important times in their lives whether those times be joyful or difficult. I often learn people stories, and I love to hear about their life journeys, how they got to this point and what they care about.
And those who know me will tell you: I’m irreverent at times, but never disrespectful. I love people - no matter where they are in the journey of life. There’s room for laughter when things suck. And there is always space for just being quiet and listening. We rabbis sort of hone that skill.
